Do the Duck Dander: this is a treasure hunt, where you first have to register or come to Birley Bush Greener Kemnay May Open Day on 10th May or text Lorna on 07824548411 and pick up a number.  Once registered, then produce a duck exhibit, display it in front of your house (so it can be seen from the pavement) between 25th May and 7th June. To do the trail they first have to pick up a trail sheet (after registration is closed on 18th), these can be obtained from the Library and local shops or Lorna and then they can try to track your display down.

Path Group

Dalmadilly link path: I would like to thank those who came along to help to re-widen the path, it was a lot of work for the 4 of us to do but we managed to do half of the path. We have planned another work party this month on Sunday 18th at 10, meeting at the path and would be good to have your help.

Dalmadilly Car Park: This has been long needing some form of attention. Greener Kemnay and the Community Council have been trying to get the land owner to improve the state of the surface with no luck. We have had to take this in our own hands, asking a farmer to rake the car park but if you feel it needs more work please let us know.

 Energy Group

Air Leakage and Drafts testing: We are looking for 3 households from the wooden houses to get a free air leakage testing (worth £350), this will give you an understanding of where you are wasting energy though leakage. Volunteers must be available between 9am and 5pm on Tuesday 3rd June for a 3 hour slot. If you are interested, please contact us on greenerkemnaytrustees@gmail.com. See leaflet for more details.
